Keg at indy man beer con 2019. A dark black brown coloured pour with a lasting fine light tan head. Aroma is earthy coffee, roasted beans, woody, bark, light Ash. Damp campfire. Palate is semi sweet, rounded moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, raw cooffee bean, earthy roast, brown sugars,. Good coffee character.

Keg at indy man beer con 2019. A vibrant pale. Pink gold coloured pour with fine pink head. Aroma is peach pink, rose petal, light tang, squeeze of lemon. Flavour is composed of sharp lemon, wheat, pale grains, clean citric pucker. Meh. Some yougurty funk.. Palate is tart, green apple, prickly carbonation. Fine.

Keg at indy man beer con 2019. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a halo. Fo white head. Aroma is stale grains, subdued, hop, orange and flour. Flavour si composed of semi sweet earthy wheat grains, straw, flour, meloow hop, orange rind, light tangy pineapple. Flour. Palate is crisp, grainy, highish carbonation. Ok.

Keg at GBBF ‘19, day three, 08/08/19. Lightly hazed olden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is caramel, sweet notes, chai spice, herb, grass. Taste comprises sweet malts, caramel, sugars, chai spice, mellow coffee grinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Fun enough novelty stout.

Cask sample courtesy of Grumbo from Peterborough beer festival 2019, cheers Graham! Hazy orangey golden colour, foamy white head and aroma of zingy fruits, apricot, citrus, hoppy. Taste is pale malt, oats, grain with apricot and fruity hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

23/8/2019. Cask at the 42nd Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours murky cloudy orange gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma dominated by big apricot kick with some light citrus. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness with very light tart edge. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice aroma.

Tried at the Peterborough Beer Festival. Cloudy orange with a reddish hue. Aroma and taste have tons of apricot. Full body.

Fra fat på GBBF aug-19: klar gylden med ok skum. Mmm, etter såå mange nesten identiske cask ales, endelig en saftig og smaksrik øl i en tiltalende kropp (hvetemalt?)! Tropiske frukter, mango, lime, søte spanske appelsiner og et delikat krydderstreif. Etter 35 cask ales ble denne en betimelig ganekorreksjon, og jeg retter igjen blikket optimistisk fremover. Her er ennå mye upløyd mark, og jeg lener meg på Jack Nicholson i The Last Detail: A man's got to do what a man's got to do. For øvrig mitt engelske bryggeri nr. 300, i seg selv verdt en markering.
