We use traditional brewing methods to produce a varied range of modern beers focused on drinkability and quality using the finest of English grown malts and hops as well as selected high quality hops from around the world and our own strain of historic Sussex live yeast.
We are lucky to still be surrounded by hop gardens in this corner of Kent and source as many hops locally as we can. We showcases these hops with our monthly-changing Single Hop Pale series and Small Batch specials.

[July 2022] Slightly misty gold/pale amber with a small, creamy white head and sort of muesli on the nose. Medium bodied, a little grainy and semi-chewy with fruity notes, biscuit malt and a touch of bitterness in the finish

Half-pint, cask ale at Tapping the Admiral. Beige head, slightly hazy amber-brown body, laces fine. Promising aromas of caramel malts with a fruity input. Quite fine blended taste of mild caramel malts, dried fruits, and green hops. Bittersweet endnotes. Pretty good. (Kentish Town, London 02.10.2023)

Keg at the Handsome Snuff Bar, Kendal. Hazy yellow-gold with a white head. Sweetish, some maltiness, with fruit salad sweets and sherbet. Enjoyed it, even if it's lacking a little crispness.

50cl Fles van de brouwerij. Licht amber kleur, witte kraag.
