A lifetime in the pub industry has lead to a passion for cleaning and beer. Surely the natural progression is to start a brewery?

We brew a high-quality range of beers with an emphasis on striking brews that break the traditional mould. At the moment there is an explosion of new beer styles by innovative brewers. We are part of this revolution, with a particular interest in hoppy-style beers.

Cask at CPK, Pimlico on 8th June 2024. Heavily hazy amber with shallow white foam and scant lacing. Light tropical fruits aroma. Tropical fruits in-mouth with citrus peel. A citrus fruity finish. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

ABV: 5.8%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cookie, sweet malt, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, light tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, hops bitter, pale malt, sweet malt, light tropical fruit, plstic touch - notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191011]

16/3/2024. Keg at Briarbank Brewery, Ipswich. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, melon, orange, gooseberry, hint of white grape. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tartness. moderate body, very smooth, average to soft carbonation. Well done.
