Description
A lifetime in the pub industry has lead to a passion for cleaning and beer. Surely the natural progression is to start a brewery?
We brew a high-quality range of beers with an emphasis on striking brews that break the traditional mould. At the moment there is an explosion of new beer styles by innovative brewers. We are part of this revolution, with a particular interest in hoppy-style beers.

Is there peach? Medium bodied. Oily. Average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Underpowered but inoffensive.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath. Black pour with a tan head. Nose is chocolate biscuit, toffee, cocoa, raisin. Taste is much the same as above with a spot of brown sugar & creamy coffee coming through in the back end. Malty sweet finish. Very tasty.

Keg draught at Tilt, Birmingham. Part of Elusive's Collabogeddon 2023. Dark brown and only slightly translucent with a ring of khaki head. Black grape aroma, fruited caramel, some biscuity malt. Sweet taste with caramel to the fore but there's plenty of fruity hop that hacks into the flavour profile. Not that I mind in principle but it's not a sweet-as-hell pastry stout. It's a much more balanced beer. Body is light with carbonation on the heavy side. Decent stuff.

Can from Simon Cheeseboard. Cheers ears. Aroma is fruity - sweet citrus - with creamy oats and a hint of resin. Hazy-opaque muted orange. Frothy foamy white head. Medium bitter. Resinous with a sweet citrus streak (sweet and sour). Gains bitterness as I drink on. Spice. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Big but not flamboyant.
