Bottle shared at RBESG ‘19 Grand Tasting at Raven. Hazy brown with a tan head. Aroma of big smoked malts, smokey bacon, caramel and toffee. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught at ØX Tap Room. Clear dark copper coloured body, filmy layer, clingy lacing. Apricot aromas with earthy malts. Dried fruity flavours together with earthy malts, dough, and bread. Long-lived drying finish. Well bodied. Rounded on the swallow. Likable. (Trondheim 11.06.2019).

500ml bottle, batch 341, 4.5 % abv, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Byhaven. Clear golden body, diminishing white head, lacing rings down the glass. Quite inviting peaty aromas. Mixed taste of smoked malts and fruity hops. Ends malt-fruity. Pretty nice. (Hotel room, Trondheim 11.06.2019).
