Small coarseish white head. Hazy deep red body with visible particles. Smoky earthy juniper aroma with wild red berries and oily notes. Sweet, and slightly astringent, caramelly smoky earthy taste with strong juniper notes, and roasted sugar notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, flat, smooth mouthfeel. Dryish smoky ashy wild berry aftertaste with roasty earthy herbal juniper notes. Long, lingering juniper, smoke, and ash finish. Really, really nice and highly drinkable. Surprisingly elegant, harmonic, and very moreish. This really is a winner. (0.5l bottle, Cafe Sara.)

Hazy deep golden with a solid white head - Good fruity hop aroma with some pine in the back - Good malt to support a nice and floral hop flavour with some resin and pine in the back - Lingering hop finsih taht is a little dry with fruits and pine - This was quite good and refreshing

Rerated, as the bollte of the previous rating was probably infected. From tap at Moskus in Trondheim with KL 25.06.16. Chestnut. Small brown head. Aroma and taste of medium dark malt, dark caramel and brittle, with moderate pine bitterness. Initial rating 10.07.13: Unclear and pale brown. Nutty and strange aroma. Even stranger taste. Not recommended. (3/3/2/4/8=2,0)

Aroma of lime, lemon, lime, pine and lime, balanced with grape fruit. Similar taste. Refreshing, perhaps lacking a bit in fullness. Fine aftertaste.
