500ml bottle, brygg #148, 4.7 % abv, beer gift from Ellen. Huge off-white head reduced to a remaining layer. Solid lacework. Near-clear, amber coloured body. Caramel malts and citrus on the nose, mid-dry. Red orange flavours mingled with caramel malts. Roasted bittersweet ending. Medium bodied. Fresh and soft in the mouth. Nice (Shared with Finn, Tromsø 06.02.2014).

500 ml bottle. Unclear orange body with an off-white head. Aroma is fruity and herbal. I don’t know if it’s correct but for it seems like there is oregano more than coriander here, and I like it. Flavor sweet malt, a hint of caramel, honey, herbs and spices. Medium body and average aftertaste. It seems like this is a rather original interpretation of a wit, but all in all it ends up decent but pretty straight forward with the excetption for the herbal aroma.

Bottle. A big, off-white head forms over an unclear, golden-orange body. The aroma has orange, coriander and a yeasty hint. A bit low on bitterness in the flavor and finish, with oranges, coriander, some yeast, oregano and sage. Medium body, nicely carbonated and with a nice herbal touch in the finish. A pretty decent one, like the herbal touch. 140118

500ml bottle, brygg 128, 4.7 %, beer gift from Ellen in Trondheim. Shared with friends. A real gusher. Most of the content saved in a big mug. Overflow of creamy, fawn-coloured foam. Coal black body. Solid lacing. Nicely roasted aroma of cocoa and grain. Rounded flavour profile of cocoa, dark fruits and dusty hops. Roasted malt bitter ending. Soft in the mouth. Fine bodied. Tasty stout (Tromsø 11.01.2014).

0.5l bottle from #133 shared @ Hotel Room with Inbreak. A really cloudy almost dishwater colored wit with a small quickly fading and sidesticking white top. Smells like a wit alright. Quite elegant wheat, something orange yeasty with both coriander and a little bit of white cardboard. It smells like it should, and it definitely tastes like it should. Fresh, a good amount if citrus believe it or not, wheat and coriander seeds. This is something that easily could glide in next side to the wit assortment in Norwegian groceries. A bit watery in the finish and aftertaste perhaps, but a really refreshing wit. 24.05.2013

A 0.5l bottle from #126 shared with Inbreak @ Hotel Room. A big lasting almost fluffy brown head on top of a near black body. It has a really coffee roasted aroma with a good amount of chocolate sweetness. Highly enjoyable for a lightweighter. The mouthfeel is what you can expect for a beer of this caliber, and the carbonation level is just above average. Dry roasted malty flavors with a little coffee kick. Also tones of caramel, but it tastes like a dry stout this. Actually really tasty. 25.05.2013

0.5l bottle from #139 shared with Inbreak @ Hotel Room. It looks quite alright this with a big fluffy and heavy lacing off-white head and a cloudy dark orange body. Rally fresh and hoppy on the nose. Fruity also with peaches, citrus and some grass. It has a thin oily mouthfeel and a average carbonation level. Dry in the mouth. Really dry actually and it's quite hoppy. Grassy bitter, a bit harsh perhaps at times and it has a light minerally touch over it. A bit thin in the finish I guess. Not to memorable, but still surprisingly tasty. 25.05.2013

A 0.5l breakfast-bottle fresh from #132 shared with Inbreak @ Hotel Room. The pour on this one is blurry and golden with a nice little white really lasting head that sticks a little bit to the side's of the glass. I like this aroma. It's really floral fruity with hay, a little bit of spices, wheat and a caramel buttery sweetness that is finding surprisingly enjoyable. It has a somewhat thin oily mouthfeel and the carbonation level is on the average side. In the taste I get dry hay and summery flavors. It has a really good bitterness that's not letting go easily. Light traces of wheat and orange zest in the finish. Really lightdrinkable and quite good. Would not mind having this accessible in my grocery. 26.05.2013

500ml, brygg 163, bottle label says Porter on one side and Røykporter on the other side. Abv is 3.5 %. Received as a beer gift after talking about early modern witchcraft at the library in Verdal. Deep dary ruby body. Tan-coloured head slowly vanishing. Minimal lacing. Aromas of chocolate, bacon and earth. Flavours of mild roasted chocolate and bread with a peaty touch. Dry, dark fruity endnotes. Creamy in the mouth. Well made considering the relatively low abv (Tromsø, 14.12.2013)

God kjeksaktig fylde, især for kl.D. Spicy med litt mye sødme som favoriserer den som matøl fremfor drikkeøl. God.
