Description
We are a modern craft brewery and tap room founded in 2014 in Rivington. Focusing on innovative modern styles, while drawing inspiration from the past.

Our inspiration comes from the world over, but our focus is very much local. We concentrate on making the best beer in styles we love, for the people in our local communities. Our passion for the North West is paid back tenfold. We have local landlords who buy whatever we make, no matter the style - from barleywine to grisette - we’re really lucky that so many places support us because they like our beers, and their customers love to try anything local. The people we look up to are all the brewers who are never content with the beers that they’re making - you can always be better.

Murky orange topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is raw tropicana, grass, dank chimes, pine needle, ripe melon.
Taste comprises grapefruit, pine resin, mandarin, stone fruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy DIPA but would have liked a little more Rakau/Eggers presence.

Can from The Green Goddess. Mandarin, peach, mango & grapefruit aromas. Peach, pineapple, grapefruit, nectarine & passionfruit flavours. Sharp hoppy aftertaste.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy deep golden body with a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of peach and melon. Flavour of orange peel and grapefruit with a peppery hop finish. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Bright and hoppy.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with an off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of vine tomato and chalky malt. Flavour of melon and orange pith. Medium to full body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A touch pithier than expected but it’s still a solid DIPA.

Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is dank hop, Riwaka blowing well, pine resin, white grape, bitter tropicana.
Taste comprises sharp tropical fruits, pine needle, dank spike, stone fruit, grass.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close punctured with danko come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Solid.

Can from The Fuss Club. Grapefruit, pineapple, peach & gooseberry jam aromas. Rich bitter citrus taste, whack of gooseberry jam & white grape. Bittersweet & uber hoppy. Very nice.
