Our inspiration comes from the world over, but our focus is very much local. We concentrate on making the best beer in styles we love, for the people in our local communities. Our passion for the North West is paid back tenfold. We have local landlords who buy whatever we make, no matter the style - from barleywine to grisette - we’re really lucky that so many places support us because they like our beers, and their customers love to try anything local. The people we look up to are all the brewers who are never content with the beers that they’re making - you can always be better.

500ml can. Opaque orange with no head. Aroma of mandarin and papaya, I don't get any coconut. Taste is as described, creamy coconut, sharp mandarin, sweet papaya, they all work well together, not really any sourness, but not overly sweet either. Very thick, fluffy airy texture. Very good, actually.
An expectedly outrageous non-beer given the collab breweries involved. Curious lactose addition when neither of those are known for using it. Totally unnecessary with the absurd amount of fruit matter already in it. But damn it's tasty stuff.

500ml can. Almost opaque pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of peach, passionfruit, gooseberries, grape, grapefruit. Taste is a super juicy fruit medley, peaches, passionfruit, grape, finishing with gooseberries and pithy grapefruit, and somewhat herbal. Medium-full bodied, smooth.

Train beer #2 🚆 intense layers of tropical and citrusy fruity goodness delivered, getting prominent juicy nectarine flesh, ripe mango and tender juicy clementine segments, sitting upon a dense sweet malty backbone, robust hoppy finish. Gorgeous.
