Description
We are a modern craft brewery and tap room founded in 2014 in Rivington. Focusing on innovative modern styles, while drawing inspiration from the past.

Our inspiration comes from the world over, but our focus is very much local. We concentrate on making the best beer in styles we love, for the people in our local communities. Our passion for the North West is paid back tenfold. We have local landlords who buy whatever we make, no matter the style - from barleywine to grisette - we’re really lucky that so many places support us because they like our beers, and their customers love to try anything local. The people we look up to are all the brewers who are never content with the beers that they’re making - you can always be better.

Can at Pien, Helsinki. Color is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, tropical fruits, hops and malts. Fresh and nice.

Keg at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Nose is tropical fruit, citrus, pineapple. Taste is mango, peach,sweet citrus, pineapple. Shed loads of sweet fruit in the close. Exceedingly quaffable.

440ml can from KCM Tammisto. Bbe 06.04.22. Poured light golden in color with a steady white head. Brewery tick. Juicy hops with pineapples, mango. Smooth. Light. Tasty pale ale.

500ml can. Clear gold, small white head. Aroma of zesty orange and grapefruit, resin. Taste is sweet, citrus peel and zest, orange, grapefruit, very resinous, piney, sweet malts, caramel, warming boozy finish.

Can at pre new year. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are tropical fruity and bittersweet to light bitter. Smooth full body.

500ml can. A very dark copper pour, mostly clear, off-white head. Aroma is very resinous, piney. Taste of pine, resin, grapefruit peel, orange, grapefruit, bitter finish. Medium bodied. Very decent.

Can via Ales and Brews and drunk at home (21/12/2021) - totally hazed to opaque orange with a white head. Juicy fruity with lots of citrus and tropical fruity character, some pineapple and grapefruit, tangerine, mango, medium body, robust hoppy finish. Nice.

Can from Park Fever, Hither Green. Nose is sweet citrus, peach, tropical fruit. Taste is grapefruit, lime, kiwifruit, bitter herbs. Long bitter finish.

500ml can. Murky orange gold, thin white head. Aroma of sweet malts, very dank, weedy, tropical fruits. Taste is sweet, chewy malts, dank, weedy, tropical fruits, mango, vinous, pithy citrus. Full bodied, thick.
