Canned Feb 18, 2025, drunk9/17/25.
Clear raspberry-copper-amber. Large, off-white head, good retention.
Well-rounded lacto notes with lessened fruit character on account of its age. But everything is soft and well-done. No hard acidity or cheap fruit notes. Cherry is prominent yet, with papaya and blood orange. Lots of earthiness and mineral with crusty wheat. Clean.
Juicy with lots of pineapple and papaya. Hint of sweet cherry and a round, soft, chewy wheat character giving ample texture and depth. Lightly tart; just enough so, with no punchy lactic notes nor any sugary notes or dominating fruit.

Cask at GBBF 25. Hazy gold. Thin white head around the rim. Aroma has a vague hint of citrus. Some malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Dry finish. Did I just drink something?

Undated can drunk 7/31/25.
Clear, deep raspberry-cherry-blueberry flesh. Small, fruit-tinged, beige head sits at cover.
Have been sitting on this wondering WTF is this 7.2% abv? The last 15 in the series were around 3.5%. Anywho, it smells great, per the series. Authentic and fruity. Just the right amount of lactic character and lots of crusty, nutty wheat. Clean and tart and snappy.
Soft, with a touch of crusty, chewy wheat. Good and dry. Minimal lacto. Pleasingly tart but still malty with authentic fruit. Does have a strong maltiness, though it doesn't taste 7.2%. Very good attenuation keeps it very drinkable and the fruit doesn't dominate.

Can at home. Orange yellow fairly thick looking and a finger worth of frothy toppings. Nose is rich wheat and banana. Tatses of traditional Hefe stuff cloves, banana, wheat. Nice balance and medium meaty bodied. Enjoyable

Can: pours yellow with white head. Aroma is clearly a little older than it should be, but the pineapple and mango shines through. Taste is sweetish with pretty much no bitterness. Would have liked a fresher batch.

6 oz cask At Cask On! Aroma soft yeast, mild toasted grain. Flavor follows. Pretty tame, but such is a pub/ session ale. Light texture.

Cask On cask, 3/23/25.
Bronze-brass, clear. Small ring of head.
Lightly toasty with low fruit, moderate mineral and earth. Clean, biscuity.
Malty, biscuity, lots of cracker, bitterness and dryness but malty enough for its size. Like the earth and mineral. Interesting stuff. Good yeast signature.

Shaker pint draft at The Silhouette Lounge in Allston, Massachusetts. The pour is a crystal clear golden with a small white, foamy head. The aroma is faint, some floral, some grass, and some cracker malt. The taste is a nice blend of the cracker malt, fresh, and the clean grass floral hops, a touch subdued. The palate is light bodied with soft natural carbonation and a clean floral cracker malt finish. Solid.

NS Natick draught, 3/6/25.
Clear bronze. Small head.
A bit milky? Some hop spice but it's faint. Cracker, paper, not sure really...
Spicy hop more than expected with that milky character. Alright, the bitterness is on point and maybe it's all just yeast I'm getting? You'd think Jacks would be competent here so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
