On tap at Morse Block & Deli, Barre, VT on 11/11/2017.
Appearance: black in the glass with a finger's worth of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: milk chocolate sweetness with a nice sweet coffee tone riding up from under then a light sweet vanilla; sweet wafer malts
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fantastic sweet to subtle roasty quality; finishes chocolatey smooth
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being sesionable; good smoothness along the tongue and nothing really there preventing any further blockage - just really smooth all around
Overall: what a very nicely done milk/sweet stout by Aeronaut!

Appearance: glossy burnt yellow to orange haziness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy to peachy and grapefruity to mango-like hoppiness; light pine underneath then some light malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet to bitter quality; finishes peachy and mixed citrusy
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also a little bit of some hop bitterness assertiveness - nothing overbearing
Overall: pretty nicely done DIPA I could return to.

Appearance: dark yellow to orange haziness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissolved at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: grapefruit, sweet Vidalia onions, papayas and mangoes; light clean malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fair sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes with the grapefruit and Vidalia onions with a touch of tobacco leafy tones
Texture: medium bodied, semi-sessionable; very good smoothness along the tongue; nice low carb level and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: a very nicely done NEDIPA I would return to.

On tap at McGillicuddy's, Five Corners location in Essex Junction, VT on 08/11/2019.
Appearance: opaque yellow haziness with a bar pour's kind of slim white head which once it dissipated no lace was to be found
Aroma: pineapple with coconut and pretty sweet all the way; some biscuity malts
Flavor: pretty much copies the aromas extremely sweet; finishes the same way
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe leaning more towards the medium body part; some sessionability; pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: I think I liked it more as a "fruit beer"" which is what I saw it as.

Appearance: copper color with a swiftly dissipating foamy and semi-fizzy head which barely left any lace
Aroma: loads of sweet & tart passion fruity tones, subtle lemon tartness underneath; and a lighter tone of some tropical fruits
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas with the passion fruit in the lead and a light sour character starts to slide in for a bit more balance; finishes through tart and sweet passion fruit character
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also a little bit of a tart sting threshing on the tongue
Overall: nice as a fruited tart/sour ale, I believe I could return to.

On tap at McGillicuddy's on 11/20/2019.
Appearance: glossy burnt orange color with a slim cap of a little white foamy head which dissipated fairly quick and didn't leave any lace
Aroma: some grapefruity to piney hops, light bubblegum and a light biscuity malty tone
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a light sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes with that bubblegum sweetness and grapefruity character
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to being sessionable, somewhat smooth
Overall: hmmm...the bubblegum thing? Isn't that a flaw of NEDIPA's? I think so but since this wasn't overbearing, I'll offer up some "kind numbers" on this.

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: super dark brown to almost black color with a three finger eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light messy lace
Aroma: black coffee roast, lean citrusy & earthy hop tones, subtle piney hops, sly dark chocolate tones and a light sweet wafer maltiness
Flavor: pretty much mirrors the aromas but seems to leave out that dark chocolate character - so basically - roasty, citrusy & piney sweet and a light malty vibe; finishes mostly with the black coffee roast and citrusy & earthy hoppiness and dry
Texture: medium bodied, this is a sipper; light smoothness and somewhat tracking on the "palate wrecking" capabilities - maybe on a medium sort of strength of those capabilities
Overall: I did like this black IPA for the most part but it's not a high top tier one. I'd still bang this again.

Aroma: biscuity/bready malts with a light earthy/floral hoppy character underneath lightly
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a clean earthy, floral and malty quality; finishes malty with a light floral hop tone
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, smooth along the tongue
Overall: I say a nicely done Kellerbier worth coming back to.
