Draught at Everett location, 3/5/22. Lightly hazy/cloudy, bright magenta with deeper violet hues. Pinkish head is small, fades away quickly. Nose is a good deal of biscuity, wheaty malt/wheat character with gentle acidity and a deep, almost earthy and lightly medicinal cherry aroma. Some spice, lots of pit/flesh with a touch of acidity and earthiness from the pomegranate. If not quite as explosively aromatic and intensely fruity as some in the series, it makes up for it in complexity. Soft and soothing with an almost chewy palate full of well-attenuated fruit sugars and lightly medicinal/spicy cherry. Earth, lactic acid, vanilla and lingering cherry notes. Lovely stuff, as usual for this series.

Draught, Everett, 3/5/22. Moderately to heavily hazy, bright flax-golden with a small, white head showing moderate-to-low retention. Nose is soft and juicy with ample honey-like malt and a hint of tropical fruit, gentle, but balancing acidity and juicy citrus notes lingering on the finish. No aggressive hop character, nor alcohol or weird yeast notes. Soft and juicy, but with some stronger balancing bitterness. A good mix of cracker, honey and biscuit malts, soft and slick up front but thinning out on the finish. Tropical fruits, juicy citrus, even some light pineapple. Very interesting stuff and quite light for its size, though not thin/watery.

2,400th US rating! I think this may have been a stale pour from an old keg. Flat, nearly flavorless outside of a faint citrus hoppiness.

Pours a clear amber from a can. Nice grassy , malty aroma and flavor. Pretty good beer.

Draught at Everett, 12/12/21. Lightly hazy, copper-tinted golden with a failing, white head that laces the edges. Between the intense ceiling fan action and the sub zero serving temps, it's hard to get much of a nose on their beers, and I waited 10 minutes or so. But it seems light and citrus with a touch of cotton candy. Pine, sourdough, Meyer lemon and heavy star fruit with light bitterness and a soft, malty texture. Nicely dry, clean, no twang. As with many of their IPAs/pales, safe, solid.

Draught at Everett, 12/12/21. Clear, pale brass, quickly failing head to a ring. Pretty light with mineral, sweat and hay. Light lime and Meyer lemon with cracker and clean, lightly fruity esters. No alcohol or flaw noted. Soft and malty, dry with no big bitterness but solid lemon and light pine. Hints of tangerine and peach in the background. Clean and no alcohol noted. My only qualm is that for 6.5 abv, I'd kind of want more hop and malt character. It feels like I get a lot of 4.5 to 5 abv pales with as much or more hop character than this.

Cask at GBBF'19, day 3, 08/08/19. Hazed golden yellow with an off white cap that veers to a swirl. Nose is grass, straw, pale malts, lemon rind. Taste comprises pale malts, toasted grains, cereals, light citric tinge. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad ... probably better suited to Keg.

Draught, Everett, 11/6/21. Bright, cranberry and brick red with softer ambers. Small, but well-retained, light-beige head atop. Nose is incredibly soft, malty, rich with buttercream, light toffee, gentle caramel and honey. No rough edges whatsoever from the alcohol or ester profile. Light candied citrus, pepper and biscuit without even feeling unbalanced or overly sugary. In the mouth it drinks like a 6 or 7% beer with tons of comforting malt, predominantly caramel-toffee-honey-like with red fruit galore and hints of peppery spice. No alcohol whatsoever. Hard to believe it's this abv. But it's certainly malty and rich. Clean. No booze, low hops.

Draught, Everett, 11/6/21. Bright orange-heavy-copper with a small, off-white head that is mostly dissipating. Tart apple and cranberry-like notes give way to gentle pie spice with boisterous lactic acidity keeping things ebullient. Malt is gently balancing with no alcohol or flaw. Like the Tangerine Coriander, it's not heavy on anything, with great balance still allowing the wheat, cracker and lactic acidity to shine through while the fruits and/or spices complement.

Draught, Everett, 11/6/21. Clear, medium-amber with an off-white head that shows low-to-moderate retention. A good dose of red and yellow fruits mix with light bubble gum and softer, gentler white pepper. Cracker and honey from the malt, which doesn't venture too far down the specialty malt/grain path. No booze and low hopping, giving plentiful ester/phenol presentation. It's mostly interesting. At least there's no clove or banana. Similar in the mouth, with more mineral, a touch more toastiness and more black pepper. Malty and soft but very dry. No alcohol or flaw.
