Draught at Everett, 11/6/21. Clear, light amber with a small, but resilient, white head. Crusty, bready, toasted nose with some touches of mineral, red fruit, soft, herbal hops and a kiss of honey. Lovely breadiness in the mouth pushes the envelope on how much specialty malt I want to taste, but doesn't quite go overboard. A soft, malty texture and flavorful, herbal hops help balance with a touch of honey, cracker and mineral. Excellent and highly drinkable.

Draught at Everett, 11/6/21. Lightly-to-moderately hazy, bronze-golden with a small, white head showing light-to-moderate retention. Pretty standard juiciness in the nose with orange, papaya, mango and lemon. Light bubble gum, a touch of honey and some light pine on the end. Lightly juicy, very well-attenuated and still moderately malty, though very dry. Orange, peach, papaya and mango give a very standard rendition of the prototypical NE IPA. Could stand a little more malt heft and hop explosiveness for its size. It kinda drinks more like a 5%er. But it's clean, dry, not twangy, so hard to be too mad.

Draught at Everett, 11/6/21. Lightly hazy, tangerine-bronze. Small, off-white, mostly diminishing head. Nose is pleasantly tart with fruitiness and lactic acid sharing space. Not explosively fruity or tart, nor is it juicy or heavily malty. But to be expected, for its very small size. It's clean and not boozy. Soft, lightly juicy, quite fruity and satisfyingly tangerine and lactic-like without being too much of either. Coriander isn't big here and I can't even pick it out without knowing it's there. But that's ok. For such a small beer, better to err on the side of going lighter on it. Clean, crisp, well-attenuated with a crackery malt that still balances and provides substance.

Taster pour at the 13th annual NH Brewfest. It's a deeply hazy gold (toward the brown side) with light sparkle at the edge of the glass, ring of white head and nice lacing. Aroma is fairly strong fruit and herb.Taste is typical fruit and herb Citra and Galaxy. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, decent strength though not terribly complex.

Canned maybe 6/24/21 or maybe 8/24/21, hard to make out. Drunk 10/6/21. Lightly-to-moderately hazy, brass-maize. Quickly dissipating, white head. Very soft nose suggest peach skin, tangerine juice, sweet lime and light honey and cracker malt. Almost more malty at points, leading me to believe this is a June canning, not August. Yes, the flavor agrees. Malty notes of caramel and honey, with only light citrus left at this point. Tangerine, lemon, orange juice....tons of honey and some alcohol in there, as well, adding a light burn, drying the palate and also adding some sharpness throughout. Were it not for that, this would be exceptionally well-aged. It's clean and not resinous, nor overly yeasty.
