Cask gravity at GBBF 2014. It pours hazy brown with a tiny white head. The nose is woody, earth, leather, dried fruits, must and dull brown sauce. The taste is smooth, woody, earth, leather, must, dirt, not much sweetness and varnish with a very dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Could be done with a touch more sweetness. So-so.

At GBBF 2014. Hazy gold. Herby spicy aroma. Too spicy for me. Some saison yeast. Soft on finish.

Cask at GBBF 2014. It pours hazy gold with a tiny white head. The nose is earthy, barnyard, spice, must, mild vinegar, ham and dough. The taste is lightly tart, earth, grainy, pretty bitter, white grape skin, pepper, gooseberry and straw with a dry finish. Medium body, low carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Not sure about this one....
