Moderately hazy, bright, copper-golden body with a small, off-white head of moderately-low retention.
Again it’s very dry, highly attenuated and as such, there’s definite alcohol here (though it’s also 9%, so that obviously contributes). Grapefruit, moderate resin and some fruitiness to be had, at least though I wouldn’t go as far as to call the nose overly juicy. Lots of woody notes, dry pithy bitterness, grain and booze in the nose with light melon and pineapple lingering.
In the mouth it’s quite hot, boozy, sharp and very, very well-attenuated. Pith, marshmallow and alcohol linger yet I can’t quite write it off as it’s got a somewhat supple malt texture despite the massive attenuation. Engaging carbonation and tons of melon, apple, pineapple and grapefruit lingering.

Light, minimally hazy, pale, straw-blonde bodied beer has a small, white head atop showing moderate to moderately-low retention.
Soft honey breaks through the light apple and dusty phenols as light vanilla and biscuit sits on the finish. Estery and phenolic, but no banana or anything bad. Nicely aromatic and of course, no alcohol noted. Clean, lots of pepper, low on the hops.
Fairly soft texture with honey, vanilla, light cracker and softer but prevalent Belgian esters (apple, strawberry, light peach). Light pepper, some graininess and low but engaging carbonation with no flaw or alcohol. Pretty straightforward but very competent and nicely dry.

Lightly hazy, pale, straw-blonde body is well-carbonated with a medium-sized, well-retained, white head atop.
A mix of very, very dry, nelson hops with plenty of mineral and light grappa character, as well as strongly phenolic notes from the Belgian yeast. There’s definitely some light alcohol mixed in with the esters and a touch of pine/resin, as well. Having not had many of Aeronaut’s beers prior to this visit, I didn’t realize just how active and thoroughly they ferment their beers. They are all bone dry with tons of esters and phenols. It’s sort of a double-edges sword here, as the strong ester/phenol profile works well with a Belgian ale, yet the overall stark dryness really highlights, too much I think, the hop acids, graininess from the malt and sharp ester/alcohol notes.
The texture is somewhat "hard", with some huskiness to it and moderate, fairly engaging carbonation. Very light honey-like sweetness comes through with warming and there is light alcohol and strong, peppery esters on the finish. Hops seem a bit over-boiled and are have a lot of sharpness and sweat to them, though that just might be the relative lack of maltiness to soak up some of these notes.

Fresh 16 oz. can purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. Pours hazy golden, small fizzy white head, dissipates quickly, some lacing. Aroma is yeast, grain, bread.

Flavor is light sweet grain, mildly grassy, Bready grain. Nice sweet grain aftertaste. Light plus body. This is right down the textbook in terms of style. Clean, fresh, and super enjoyable. The most enjoyable in the style I have ever sampled!

Light, pale-blonde body shows good clarity and a small, white head.
Very light/minimal salinity in the nose with a pinch of brett-like citrus and fairly soft lactic acids. Wheat is obvious and provides good backing. Lots of bright lemon keeps it aromatic and "dry". Clean and no alcohol.
Light, bubbly and tart without any overbearing lactic acid. Salinity is very low for the style, making this come across almost berliner weisse-like. Lots of wheat, high attenuation and bright citrus on the crisp, well-carbonated finish. Straightforward, rather American interpretation, but still enjoyable.

Bottleshare: pours copper with a white head. Aroma is citrus and pine. Taste is bitte and fruity. Pretty nice IPA.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a golden burnt orange color with a sly transparency about it. Ever so slight carbonation could be seen rising to fill a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipates quickly. Messy clingy lace roams around the glass.
The aroma starts with a blend of sweet caramel malt cleanly flowing into some clean resinous to citrusy hops. Full and bittersweet, well blended. A touch of honey at the end.
The flavor blends these malts to hops very nicely. Some honey, malts, and bitterness from the hops in the aftertaste. Some biscuits. Honey finishes it off.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sipping to sessionable sort of feel laying across my tongue. Mild carbonation.
Overall, I over rated it on untappd like I notice I do at times. This is still good though, somewhat of a West coast styled, maybe sort of old school DIPA. Could definitely see myself coming back to only when fresh.

The aroma started with some danky sweet onion, thick grassy bitter hops, subtle pine and all of that seems to layer on the malts nice and clean.
The flavor yields to the maltiness, somewhat sweet but clean and throwing itself against the bitterness of the hops and then brings in some citrus against that pine and dankiness. Aftertaste seems well balanced between the malts and the hops. Quick finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Mild carbonation. Sly acceptable stickiness.
Overall, I was quite impressed with my first Aeronaut beer. Very well balanced.
