Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head and a good bit of lacing. The nose has notes of spicy pale pine, pithy grapefruit, lemon peel, dry pale malts. Medium sweet flavour with juicy citrus fruits, mandarin orange, lemon, tangerine, low bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish with a nice hit of dank hops, more pithy grapefruit, melon, papaya. Great IPA.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head and lasting lacing. The nose holds light biscuits, pithy tangerine, grapefruit. Light-medium sweet flavour with a nice balance between pale bread and pithy citrus; low bitterness overall, some rind. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Bucket balanced finish with hints of pine needles, more pithy citrus, grapefruit and tangerine, lightly dried pale bread. Good APA.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours clear yellow with a flimsy, fading white head. Tangy lemon nose with hints of sweat. Light sweet flavour with low acidity, some wheat bread, more sweat. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, lightly salty and drying, with more wheaty notes, some lemony tartness, a little hay. Really drinkable gear.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours black with a creamy, tan head. The nose has some lightly tangy dark fruits, berries, chillies, cocoa. Light-medium sweet flavour with up-front chilli kick, hints of mint, baking cocoa, scorched earth, dried berries. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Warming finish - bother from the chilli burn and the alcohol - with further notes of bittersweet chocolate, raisins, leathery berries. The chilli is probably a bit too strong. Otherwise, a good novelty.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours mostly clear yellow with a creamy, white head. The aroma gives away biscuits, light grass, soft musty hay. Light sweet flavour with mild lemony notes, hints of tang, more hay, a little more grass, melon. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean and nicely balanced to finish, with more lemon elements, light bitter hay, crunchy straw, more biscuit, sourdough, hints of cellar. Good one.

Draft at the brewery tap. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds pithy citrus, lemon rind, grapefruit, pale malts. Light-medium sweet flavour with light dankness, good melon, mango, peach, light bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Loghtly resinous to finish, with more peach, melon, tangerine, grapefruit pith, dry pale bread. Great IPA.

Keg at Shorty’s - Lexington. Pours deep brown with a creamy, tan head. The nape has lightly tangy dark malts, dark berries. Medium sweet flavour with more tangy berries, light earth, faint cocoa. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with dark fruits, a little licorice, hints of toffee. So so overall.

Bottle: Poured a blonde color ale with a medium size foamy head. Aroma of spicy habaneros and light cereal notes is not that bad. Taste started mildly with a nice cereal base and then the habaneros kicks in later. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not a big fan of spicy beer but this one ended being drinkable.

bottle. at first, wasn’t that impressed - but it gets better - the taste really takes off with awesome spicy of habaneros. not a blonde ale fan - but the peppers make it quite good.
