Draft: Slighly hazy, amber/gold with an off-white head. Fruity, grapefruit-peel scent. Fairly pronounced resiny bitter, plenty of cedar/evergreen in the flavour. Very good.

On tap at the Lexington Pies & Pints. Light brown, with a medium, tan head, and good lacing. The aroma is black bread, light pine, caramel, and a touch of rye. Sweet and malty, with a mild and pleasant bitterness. Light to medium body, chalky, effervescent, and clean. This is a easy, balanced, and pleasant beer.
