Re:rate tap at Gambrinus. Light lactic acid nose with lots of lemon. Thin body with a grainy texture. Crisp carbonation. Tart finish with more lemon zest. Straightforward and maybe a tad boring. Easy drinking though. Pours a slightly hazy straw gold with a small eggshell-colored head. Aromas of citrus, pepper, coriander and lemon zest. Taste is more of the same. Lightly tart with a nice lightly salty finish.
