Draft. Cloudy yellow with a short, off-white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of clove, coriander and wheat. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. A spice bomb that’s too sweet for a saison. A feeble attempt at this style.

Draft. Deep brown body with a beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee and cream, chocolate, vanilla and a hint of bourbon. The flavor is moderately to heavily sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Nice bourbon, wood flavors because they aren’t overpowering. The malts are clean, but this porter was way too sweet for my taste.
