Country Boy Brewing was founded in 2012 by three native Kentuckians with a passion for great craft beer. Country Boy prides itself on making minimally processed beers with high quality, real ingredients. Their passion for great beer shines through their core brands, Cougar Bait American Blonde Ale and Shotgun Wedding Vanilla Brown Ale. Their recent expansion to Georgetown, KY with the largest production brewery in the state will allow them to can their popular Cliff Jumper IPA and Halfway Home Pale Ale, in addition to several seasonal offerings.

Draft. Lactic cherry and chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown with moderate head. Sweet cherry, bourbon, and chocolate malt. Nice body.

Draft. Light ash and chocolate malt aroma. Black with moderate tan head. Chocolate malt and mildly bitter ash flavor. Very good.

Draft. Nutmeg, cinnamon, and caramel malt aroma. Amber with small head. Spicy nutmeg/clove/cinnamon malt and lightly bitter herbal flavor. A bit heavy on the spices but not bad.

Draft. Light lactic lemon, wheat malt, and orange peel aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with small head. Sweet orange wheat malt and mildly bitter orange peel flavor. Nicely blended. Very nice drinkable beer.

Draft. Lactic barley malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow with small head. Sweet barley malt quickly overwhelmed by habanero burn - strong but not over the top.

Draft. Freshly ground coffee and malt aroma. Black with moderate head. Sweet strong coffee malt flavor. Lightly bitter herbal finish. A great coffee beer - delicious.

Draft. Coffee and dark chocolate malt aroma. Black and small head. Chocolate, coffee malt and light bitter hay flavor. Nice body. Very tasty.

Draft: Slightly hazy, copper-amber with a small off-white head. Caramel/toffee, chocolate aroma. Flavour is caramel...vanilla notes. Very nice.
