Dark brown color. Mildly sour, a bit of dark chocolate and oatmeal. The beer isn’t overly balanced. Not that interesting. A bit of plastic. Full bodied, but not overly enjoyable.

Hazy yellow color. Chalk white head. Smokey, sour nose with moderate esteriness. The mouth is sour and smokey, burnt tires. Good acidity. Lingering smokey finish. Not bad. Interesting beer.

Bomber from Total Beverage, Westminister. Nose is tart with slight notes of spice, banana, and yeast. Lightly hazy pale yellow with a big pale yellow head. Flavor is lightly tart, and there is a slight banana note in there.Lightly tart and crisp to drink.

Can @ Papsø. Pours a black color with a small longlasting tan head. Has a roated malty caramel hoppy aroma with weak piney hints. Roasted malty caramel and licorice flavor with bitter hoppy hints. Has a roasted malty caramel hoppy bitter piney finish.

1 pint can. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted dark malty, liqourice and light spiced. Bitter, dry, spiced and roasted dark malty. Dark roasted malty and chocolate dense malty finish.

Bottled. A black beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and caramel, leading to a dry finish.

Can 1 pt. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a cloudy dark brown with an orange hue and a dense and frothy beige head with good retention. Sweet roasty nose with a whiff of aromatic hops. Medium body, lowish carbonation, subtle roast, some licorice and a little ashes. Some bitterness in the finish from both malts and hops. 270612

Bottle @ Beer Connoisseurs Tasting in FoCo. Melon-red appearance with not much of a head. Sweet red fruity, light wood, mildly hopped, slightly boozy nose. Kind of watery, light red fruity, slightly boozy flavor. Bleh.

Tap @ Avery SourFest III. Hazy, golden appearance with a small white head. Huge peachy, apricot, somewhat citrusy, tangy lacto, coconut aroma. Absolutely delicious, ultra peachy, fairly sour, vanilla/coconut, lacto, tangy flavor. Bravo.
