16 oz can. Aroma of maple, earthy grain, and roasted coffee. Backbone of the flavor is earthy tones with soft traces of maple candy and a mild bitter coffee finish. A nice amount of flavor for the gravity!

16 oz can. The appearance is a lightly hazy yellow. Aroma shows me light lemon, soft straw, minerals. Flavor is very lightly lemon like. Soft rustic grains, soft mineral content. Light body with a nice effervescence. Bright and refreshing.

12 oz bottle. Aroma is mild white wine and some soft earthy hops. Flavor follows with hops being subdued. The grain bill does support the brew. However, this is mostly about the barrel. Lightly vinous. Nice to try.
