16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 9/14/2017. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, light pepper/pine, honey, cracker, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/tropical hops and pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, orange juice, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, light pepper/pine, honey, cracker, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very mild pine, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, light pepper/pine, honey, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/tropical hops and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance; and zero astringent hop flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol for 8.1%. Overall this is an excellent DIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/tropical hops and pale malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and pretty refreshing to drink with the very mildly bitter/drying finish. Extremely vibrant, juicy, and lightly dank hops; nice malty backbone, never sweet/heavy feeling for the ABV. Feels very much like a NEIPA, but without the murky haze. A very enjoyable offering.

16 oz. can purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. Appearance is a cloudy golden/ orange like color, lacy head around the snifter. Aroma shows sweet malt, tropical fruits. Flavor is mainly grapefruit with sweet orange, juicy with fruit notes. The bitterness is mildly piney. Flavor is well rounded without any type of flaw. The alcohol even seems restrained.
Overall, I think this brewery is improving since early 2016 when they opened their doors. This IPA is rather drinkable and nicely made. A stop to this brewery could be in my future.

16 oz. can purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. Hazy orange with a huge white head. Smell of fruity hops, onion, grass, peach, mango and caramel. Sweet fruity and malty flavors with notes of grass, guava. Good Mosaic profile and strong long lingering bitterness. .
Medium-bodied with a dry finish. About average overall but one of the better beers I have sampled from this brewery.

Can from 7/11 Slightly hazy light golden color with a thin wispy white head that gradually recedes. Sweet bready candy like maltiness with bits of citrus and earth. Decent beer but a bit tto sweet for my tastes.

Bottle from 7-11 Hazy golden color with a thin off white head that persists. Earthy spicy citrus and sweet bread on the nose with faint pepper. Sweet bready malt with plenty of grapefruit and citrus with a hint of pith. Less pepper in the flavor than the nose but it allows some of the earthy yeasty character to come forward a bit more. I’m not sure what the rose hips bring to the party, but this is a really tasty Wipa.

750 ml bottle, winter 2016 release purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions, Kittery for $11.99. Pitch black with very light white head. Weak retention in the snifter. Aroma and flavor are a direct reflection of each other.
Bitter taste with roasted malts, vanilla, licorice, earth notes and a herbal kick in the finish. Body is barely medium and very light for the style. The mushrooms give an herbal, nearly medicinal kick in the finish. I feel like a bit more fuller body would help this immensely.

Bottle purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions, Kittery. Hazy golden color, with stingy, spotty white head, Aroma is citrus peel, weak tropical fruit and a strange yeast note.
The strange yeast note becomes a "plastic" like note as the beer gets warms up. I am also getting a bit of alcohol. Thin body with a watery mouthfeel. I was hoping this brewery would work out some of their issues. (have sampled two others from them). I wish these folks the best but I probably will not be purchasing anything else in the near future.
