Description
A humble brewery making honest beer.

After years honing our skills in the brewing and process industry, we set forth to create a brewery with a simple mission; to produce honest beer. The result is a 7,000bbl brewery located in Northern Vermont that is capable of brewing any style of ales and lagers. The brewery takes inspiration from lesser known European beer styles, along with local Vermont life to guide our brews. The attention to detail, modern equipment, and love for beer help produce truly authentic, unique beers. Cheers!

Draft at Farmhouse Tap &Grill. Appearance looks like grapefruit juice that is carbonated. Aroma is as advertised, plenty of grapefruit with weak berries. Flavor has a steady salinity balanced with tart grapefruit, faint salt. Tartness is light. It has a sour wheat base and have an great balance overall. Very nice!

On tap at Positive Pie in Barre pours a hazy lemon yellow with some sticky, white head. Nose is very nice, grassy, soapy, herbs, lemon, orange. There’s a gristy character lurking. Flavor absolutely has a crisp malt backbone, a touch of yeast too, then pine, grass and lemon zest. Finishes dry, bitter. Well done, simple, but clear.

Tasting at Matt’s, can
Cloudy blond color. The aroma is delicate, a bit floral and tropical. Low carbonation, yeast presence in the mouthfeel, good hopping, resiny and very piney, some bitter orange zest.
Very good beer, but also too dirty.
