Tap. Pours Hazi pink grapefruit, small fizzy, white head, dissipates quickly, minimal lacing. Aroma is light sea air, hint of soap, grapefruit. Flavors is light tart, light salty, mineral water, Grapefruit. Light body. Spritzy carbonation.

Poured from can hazy grapefruit with a thin white head. Aroma is wheat grass scallion citrus pith. Taste is grapefruit pith scallion and a lingering pine finish.

Draught at Ginger Man, 11/9/17.
Hazy, pale, straw-golden body topped by a small, but fairly well-retained, white head.
Wonderful, fresh, green, spicy hop nose. Quite high aromatic strength with lush fruitiness and light conifer backed by grass and floral notes. Cracker and biscuit sit very lightly in the background and there is no flaw, none of the often seen trace diacetyl in their beers, nor alcohol or resin.
In the mouth it's dry, with spicy, lightly juicy hops that also provide floral/perfume-like character. Some nectarine-rind and grapefruit on the finish is the closest thing it gets to any resin/pine. Texture is lightly chewy, biscuity, mostly soft, well-attenuated with tight carbonation. Moderate bitterness lingers, keeping it crisp and drinkable. Very nice and quite different from any of their other hoppy offerings, which is impressive.

Moderately hazy, soft, apricot skin golden with a small, but fairly-well-retained, off-white head.
Lactic acidity and savory, mineral-accented salts match perfectly with the bright, acidic, juicy grapefruit character, just as they do in the Wind regular. Soft honey-like malts mix with sweet white bread to balance things nicely, while lactic acidity and grapefruit linger crisply on the finish, with no alcohol or flaw. No sign of the blueberries in the nose.
The strong gose qualities continue, with a soft, salty texture that is buoyed on by tight carbonation, perky lactic acidity and good attenuation. Grapefruit is well-done, if perhaps a bit strong, while again, no sign of the blueberry. While I get that blueberries are one of the most difficult fruits to work with in terms of expression, it would have been nice to get even a little bit. Otherwise, no alcohol or flaw. Nice.
