BIAB at GBBF: Poured a pinkish orange with no head. Aroma is sweet apple. Taste is sweet apples very fresh.

22/8/2019. BIAB at the Ale House, Chelmsford. Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, dabinett apples, light citrus and caramel, with light funky barnyard notes. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Nice and crisp, refreshing, enjoyed this.

BIAB sample from GBBF 2019 courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orangey-pink colour, no head and aroma of sloe, pastey, gluey, barnyard. Taste is sweet, sugary, apple, sloe, woody, alittle barnyard funk and some drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry finish. Quite OK

8/8/2019. From bag in a box at the 2019 Great British Beer Festival. Pours cloudy amber/pink with minimal bubbly head. Aroma of sweet apples and slight funky notes with a little sloe berry. Medium plus sweetness, minimal tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. sweet finish.

ABV: 4.0%. Hazy - murky matt medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, funky, sloeberry, tart apples, sugary apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average, sweet apples, medium dry, apple, sloeberry - green berries. Body is medium, texture is watery - smooth, carbonation is flat. [20190808]

Sample, thanks to Danlo! Pours a misty gold. Aroma is stewed sweet, floral. Taste is floral sweet, some interesting sweet notes, honey even, distant herbal notes. Interesting.

18/7/2019. Bottle shared at the South West tour bottle share. Bought at Londis Westholme stores, Goring. Pours clear bright dark gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma of moderately sweet apples, apple juice, hint of wood and citrus. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Quite drinkable.
