Cask gravity at the St Albans beer festival 2015. Chestnut brown coloured pour with reddy hues and a loose off white head. Aroma is choc powder , hot alcohol, sherry, boozy cake. Flavour is composed of full sticky cake, boozy, hint of wood tannin, choc powder. Palate is medium sweet, moderate cask condition. Too much hot alcohol.

Gravity cask at the St Albans festival, courtesy of chriso, thank you sir! Hazy purple amber color. Aroma of earthy dark fruit. Taste has fruity plums, dry finish. Very tasty.
