449ml can from Superette, Swain’s Lane, London on 27th March 2021. Pours hazy amber with shallow foam soon diminishing to a ring and scant film. Spot lacing. Smooth malt aroma with citrus zest. Juicy fruits in-mouth with apricot, berries and light citruses. A zesty finish with some spiciness. A smooth yet engaging mouthfeel. Well crafted and remarkably easy drinking for the strength.

Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth Pre-GBBF 2017 tasting - London. Cheers! Pours cloudy orange with a creamy, off-white head. The nose holds grainy bread, jammy citrus, melon. Medium sweet flavour with some jam, caramel, bread. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, notes of toasted crackers, marmalade. So so.

440ml can from lowcostbeer.com. Hazy gold-orange, small white head, good retention. Aroma is dry, floral, orange, resin. Taste is grassy, dank, caramel malts, orange. Body is very good for a 4.5% but the carbonation is very frothy on the palate which lets it down, otherwise it would be lovely and smooth. Mixed.
