Bottle. Pours golden with small white head that lasts and yeast chunks. The aroma is funk, grass, earth, wood. Slick body, funky, lemon, apple skin, grass, tart finish, very good.

440ml can from Trembling Madness. Pours off-clear golden witha foamy white. Aroma: spicy, yeasty saison vibes, funky, white wine barrel. The taste follows, there's oak, funk, more spicy yeasty tones. Light to medium body with spritzy carbonation. Lovely saison, a little different from the norm

Bottle from the fridge at Little Earth Project. Crystal clear deep golden amber color, white head that settles to an edge. Aroma of decomposing plums and raisins (in a good way) stored in damp basements with cobwebs nearby. Taste has vinous tannins, hints of plum, light tartness, moderate funk. Good character and complexity. I must visit this place.

Cask at cRewe Dog, Crewe. Pours a slightly hazy lemon yellow (with a greenish tinge) with minimal off-white head. The aroma has mainly floral hops. In the mouth it starts off slightly sweet before bitterness quickly floods the taste buds. The main flavour is summer fruits plus apples and a little generic citrus. Finish is somewhat dry. Reasonable, but not outstanding.

Hazy pale gold with a frothy white head and a slightly funky aroma. Light bodied with a soft fruity flavour, grape and apple maybe, and a dry, slightly tart, bitter finish. [Shrewsbury CAMRA Beer Festival 2022]
