(Cask at Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak, London, 21 Nov 2019) Golden amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit and fresh floral hops. Hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, citrus peel, biscuits and fresh floral hops in a dry finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Third by cask at the third day of GBBF Winter 20, Astbury Bar. Shared with Finn. A clear late straw coloured body, bubbles on the surface, dotted spots on glass. Moderate lemony hops on the nose. Citrus flavours, hints of herbal hops. Drying ending. Soft in the mouth. Quite alright. (Birmingham 06.02.2020).

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced via RAD Beer. Pours mostly clear amber with a creamy, off-white head. Has some nice tangy berry character, old wood, red wine, mellow funk. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with nips of raspberry, more old and funky wood. Interesting.

Bottle split at L6 tasting, cheers, 09/10/19. Very lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose is apple skins, dusty straw, grains, light funk, yeast esters. Taste comprises base funk, damp wood, lemon rind, toasted grains, light spice, mellow barrel, vinous trace, light yeast tickle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent although little in the way of barrelling coming over for me.
