ABV: 5.0%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, pine, spruce, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, licorice, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, medium dry, light pine - spruce. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190724]

ABV: 4.2%. Hazy - murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, light citrus, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, yeast, wheat, fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190724]

13/7/2019. Cask at the The Fat Pig Freehouse, Exeter. Pours dark gold with a small creamy white head. Aroma of bitter citrus, hops, malt and grass. Moderate sweetness and medium plus bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. WIP perhaps.

13/7/2019. Cask at the The Fat Pig Freehouse, Exeter. Pours clear golden with a small white creamy head. Aroma of wheat, hops, yeast, citrus, light herb and hint of banana. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness with a hint of tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation.

Pint on cask at the pub, pours a dark amber with some frothy, slightly off white head. Nose has malt, cracker, some black tea, some black pepper too. Flavor follows, pizza crust, black pepper, black tea. Finishes a touch tannic. Actually, pretty good.

Pint at the pub on cask, pours a mostly clear orange with some sudsy white head. Nose has malt, honey, some flowers, a little orange rind, some grapefruit rind too. Flavors of malt, cracker, orange, soap, black tea, some peach. Finishes a touch thin, but well made.

From tapa t TABAC, Exeter, Devon, on trip to 22soutern countis 04.01.19. Translucent golden. Off-white head and lacing. Aroma of citrus and unexpected taste and afftertaste of burnt circuit boards and overripe tropical fruits.
