Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, exotic fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, exotic fruit, citrus, grass, pale malt. A bit thin. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140314]

(Cask at King William IV, Leyton, London, 10 Apr 2014) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of toast, dried fruit and apricots. Malty, fruity taste with toast, apricots, tea, dried fruit and a gentle bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well made and balanced bitter. Quite nice.

Cask at The Hanging Bat. This one stood out as the best of the cask beers by Hopcraft that night. Clear gold, thick white head. Aromas were light fruit, light caramel. Taste was the same. A good, well-balanced session beer.

Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 28th February 2014. Clear blonde with thin white ring-and-film top and scant lacing. Grassy hop aroma. Grapefruit and grassiness in-mouth, with zesty peel. Grassy and grapefruity hops in finish. Zingy , with fair body.
