Cask at The Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is light malt hop. The flavour is medium to weak bitter with a big initial malt light citrus palate which quickly faded. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at The Hanging Bat, Edinburgh, Saturday 15th March Pours gold with white head. Some juicy citrus to start off with, aroma also a little citrus hops, perhaps lacking a little in the flavour area not quite the distinctive punch I normally get but its good. Fruity, pleasant golden beer with some dryness on the finish. A7 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

Craft Islington. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light with fine carbonation. Smooth freah pale malt. Nice light floralness. Light marmalade hops bring mild bitterness. Brief flash of fresh orange. Light semi dry finish. Mild marmalade bitter linger. A fresh, light and well integrated golden that slips down easy.

Craft Islington. Cask. Clear amber beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry, mild fine carbonation. Light pale malt, clean but dry. Tangy bitter orange marmalade leads to a slightly spicy dry finish. Bitter linger. It’s okay.

(Cask at King William IV, Leyton, London, 21 Nov 2013) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grass, resin and biscuits. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, mango, grass, biscuity malt and a generous resinous bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Cask at the Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a clear light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is big malt. The flavour is weak bitter with a malty, grassy hop watery palate. A decent beer but lacks flavour.
