We are an award-winning, independent brewery and have been brewing since 1992. We are run by a family of craft beer fanatics and our aim is to create the most delicious and flavoursome beers possible.
Founded in 1992 at Ford Airfield, Arundel Brewery specialised in traditional cask ales. Under new 2014 ownership, they expanded to Lyminster Road in 2019, opening The Brewhouse Project. For a while, they simultaneously brewed at both locations. Now fully consolidated as the Arundel Taphouse and no longer using The Brewhouse Project name.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Pours clear pale golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of sweet ripe apples, medium dry. Taste of dry and sweet apples, very mild, easy to drink!

*Nice roasted and smooth bitter beginning. Nice ale aroma on floral hops. Not as a typical IPA, but a nice floral Bitter with malts and smooth floral hops. Sessionable and round with a nice bitter-ale malty aftertaste.

500ml bottle. Golden in the glass with a great and refreshing cider nose. The cider starts smooth and tart. Lots of tannins on a sweetish and fruity appley body. Very round and crisp, deep with lots of ripe fruity apples. The aftertaste is long, fruity-sweetish with nice tannins and fruity ripe apples there. Great!

Cask @ Montgomery’s Tower, Shrews. Pours lightly hazy amber, white head. Moderate pale malt aroma with very light caramel. Taste bears some hoppy leanings, light citrus fruit, not much else.

500ml bottle. Smooth nose. The beer starts smooth and malty. Nice caramel, mild, smooth and fresh. The body is very nice smooth malty. Great hints of dried raisins. Chocolate. Round smooth mild aftertaste. Not too much bitterness. Very nice and characterful.

Cask @ Black Griffin, Canterbury. Pours brown with bubbly head. Aroma is sweet malt. Taste continues with some caramel and floral notes. Not exactly setting the afternoon alight.

Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Arundel Autumn Breeze ].Clear medium to dark brown color with a small to average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white - silver head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, tobacco. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, tobacco, chocolate, roasted, sweet malt, brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141011]
