Polycask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Hazy pale yellow colour, minor head. Aroma is pear, mild apple, some vanilla as well as some herbal notes. Flavour is pear, wood, slightly spicy burning notes, vanilla, yeast and very nice. Marvellous finish. Brilliance!

Unclear light to medium grey yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate pear, vanilla, sweet celery. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet pear, dry, pear porridge, soft. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20120505]

From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Light light unclear medium yellow colour with small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully to mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sweet apple, yellow apples, flour apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, apple, dry, flour apple. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110805]

Plastic barrel@GBBF2011. Yellowish golden colour, small to basically no head. Aroma is apples, mild earth, some vinegar and mild spicy notes. Flavour is fruits, apples, earth, herbs and some mild wooden notes. Also some vanilla and mild ripe apple sweetness.
