Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Springherne Cider - Dry (7) ].Clear light to light medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, dry apple, tart apples, barnyard - funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, dry dry, tart, apple, tart apples, funk. BIAB at Chesterfield CAMRA 2019 Beer Festival at the Winding Wheel. Bright golden amber colour, afew bubbles on top and woody, apple aroma. Taste is tart woody, apple, fruity with lots of drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 3. 10/08/2017 . a clear golden orange coloured pour with small white head. Aroma is semi sweet, plastic, apple, dry mealy apple. Flavour is crisp tart apple, dry pithy apple,. Palate is dry and pithy, moderate carbonation.

Box @ GBBF ’17. Pours a misty pale yellow. Aroma of musty, moderately sweet perry fruit. Taste has a musty medium-sweet perry pear character, soft acidity with some bittersharp perry fruit. Decent.

Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney, London. Pours very lightly hazy pale yellow with a slim, bubbly topping. Great aroma, a little funky, with subtle fart, tangy lemon, juicy pear. Medium sweet flavour with subtle tartness, some ripe pear, jammy citrus, light acidity, faint bitter apple skin, salt. Medium bodied with it almost seems a little spritzy. Tangy and sugary sweet on the finish, with ripe and chewy pear, more lemon, background drying funk, more salty bite. Great stuff overall.

Silvery yellow colour with no head. Aroma is pear, some wood, mild spiciness, a bit sulphur and funk as well as some slight cheesiness. Flavour is sweet pear, some sweet spiciness, mild cheesy and some sugary notes.

Plastic barrel @ GBBF 2014. Pours a hazy yellow color with no head. Has a fruity spicy pear aroma. Fruity spicy pear flavor. Has a slightly dry spicy pear finish.
