500ml bottle next to the river. Pours a hazed golden orange, aroma of whisky and medium apple fruit. Quite a complex sweet profile with natural apple fruit, soft tannin and a good whisky influence that permeates throughout.. really captivating, complex cider with a comforting raw edge.

500ml bottle from Drewton's Farm Shop, drunk at our lodge near Skirlaugh. Misty golden yellow pour, still. Natural scrumpy-like fruit nuances, gentle acidity, not much rhubarb coming through. Nice enough but not really a rhubarb cider.

500ml bottle from Drewton's Farm Shop. Pours a deep hazed gold. Pretty decent, definitely cooking apples used here, bittersweet, mild tang, some tart moments with fleshy hints. Fruity enough.

500ml bottle from Drewton's Farm Shop, shared with Soph in our lodge cabin hot tub, Skirlaugh. Mucky golden appearance. Natural aged barrel cider aroma. Mild floral elderflower to taste, natural in feel, aged barrel, bit rough around the edges.. lacks a good clarity of flavour and prominent elderflower.
