Taste is woody apple, funky, mucky, leathery, bittersweet with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low soft carvonation, dry funky & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Taste is tangy, slightly tart, fruity apple, fleshy, some apple core, and orchardy, woody, leathery mucky funk, with drying, soft tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry spicy funky finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle, thanks Grumbo for this. Pours pale gold, sweet nose. Taste presents a bright acidity, medium dry fruit, a touch salty with delicate sherbet notes, tart citrus with gentle carbonation. Interesting.
