6/8/2025. From BIAB at GBBF 2025. Sweet pear, biscuit, rubbery, vaseline, funky notes. Quite sweet. It’s okay.

11/10/2024. From BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours very slightly hazy dark orange with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is apple, lightly funky, citrus, caramel, sugars. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, slightly watery, low carbonation. Very dry finish. Enjoyable.

11/10/2024. From BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear golden orange with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is sweet apple, lightly funky, baked, stable straw. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a tart edge. Moderate body, quite watery, low carbonation. Dry bitter watery finish. Quite okay.

1/9/2022. BIAB serving shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear dark golden with minimal head. Aroma is mucky, burnt rubber, toffee, horse blanket, tar. Charred wood bitters, light to moderate sweetness. Medium body, oily, spritzy. Took a while to enjoy this but got there.

BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Hazy yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of light pear. Taste is sweet, pear, fruity, with some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. Quite OK.

BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Hazy yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of light perry pear. Taste is sweetish pear, perry pear, quite fruity, with some light acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium finish. Nicely drinkable

BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Clear bright golden colour, no head and aroma of oak barrel, apple, woody. Taste is mellow apple, oak barrel, wood, whisky cask, with some drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2021. Deep golden colour, no head and aroma of musty apple. Taste is sweet, apple, caramel, acetic funky, acidic. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry funky finish. Quite drinkable
