500ml bottle from Bristol Cider Shop. Golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of juicy apple, barnyard funk. Taste is sweetish, juicy apple, fleshy, baked apple, with some funky barnyard notes and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Bristol Cider Shop. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, some funk. Taste is tangy apple, fruity apple flesh, some core and skin, bittersweet, caramel hint, with barnyard funk. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry funky finish. Nicely drinkable.

Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Williams Brothers Splanky (2) ].Clear light to medium orange yellow colour with a virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, sugary apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, apple pie, sugary apples, medium dry, light tart apples. Draught at 2018 Welsh Perry & Cider Festival, Caldicot. Orange gold colour, short-lived white bubbly head and tart oaky apple aroma. Taste is sweetish, fruity, apple, melon, funky with some light tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite OK

Draught (polypin) at GBBF 2017. It pours clear pissy yellow with a small bubbly white cap. The aroma is musty, tangy, ripe apple - pear, sugary, fruit pie, barnyard funk and hay. The taste is a bit sweet upfront, tangy, sugary fruits, earth, tannin, apple skin and must. Medium bodied and still. I rather like the aroma, btu the taste is touch too sweet in comparison.

Pin @ GBBF ’17. Pours a misty orange, thin white head. Aroma presents soft apple fruit. Taste is moderately sweet, quite soft, musty with a light acidity. Not bad.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 1. 08/08/2017. A light hazed golden yelow coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, petrol, juicy, tangy.. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, juicy, pithy.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, juicy apple,. Palate is dry pithy, moderate carbonation. Ok.

Draught at Post office Vaults. It pours hazy amber with floaters and a small bubbly white head. The aroma is soft, earth, wood, tannin, black tea, earth, must and a touch of apple pie. The taste is dry, bitter, juicy, red apple, apple pie, powdery, pear, chewy, wood, earth, tannin and black tea with a drying finish. Medium body and flat. Dry and chewy. Excluding the spunky floater it is alright.

Unclear matt medium orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, apple pie, light barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, sweet apple, apple pie, light tart apple. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is flat. [20140814]
