Cask at the Haltwhistle Comrades Club. Straw with a wispy white head, extremely clear. Orange/lemon and hay aroma. Bitter refreshing taste, with a bit of sweetness in the middle. Bitter hoppy finish, with a pleasant hint of fresh lemonade. Much like many golden beers I’ve had but that little bit better than most.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty, light grainy and straw. Toasted, bitter, breadish and dry malty. Light herbal and dry roasted finish.
