Description
John Wilkinson owner & founder of 4T’s Brewery, worked as a drayman for Tetley Walkers (Warrington) and always explored the brewery grounds, from there he opened his own pub in 1998 called Wilkies Tavern which is now named The Tavern Sports Bar, which is a well-known cask ale pub in Warrington. His dream was to always start his own brewery and produce the styles of beers he loves.
Jordan Millington head brewer of 4T’s Brewery, worked at The Tavern Sports Bar since 2007 and always had a love for real ale. John gave him the opportunity to join the rising of 4T’s and he loves producing beers that everyone will love resulting in the slogan “satisfying taste buds everywhere”.

Aroma is floral, fruity and hoppy. Quite a thin texture. Strong aromatic floral hop dominates.

Slightly cloudy yellow coloured ale with a very thick and creamy head. There’s only one hop used in the brew but you can taste it, more so than in its aroma. Fairly crisp.

Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with massive head and lots of residual yeast from the bottle. Aroma has sweet perfumed lemons. There’s a malty and quite nutty background taste; spicy yeast; citrus, soapy hops and a tangy yet bitter finish.

Cask ale, half, shared with Finn at the New Oxford in Salford during the pub’s Winter Ales Festival. Clear copper-gold body, no head, dotted spots to the glass. Quite rich fruity aroma of grapefruits and lemon. Fine blended taste of citrus fruits where orange and grapefruit can be spotted. Fresh fruity ending. Very refreshing (Greater Manchester, 27.01.2013).

Cask @ Roscoe Head, Liverpool 040113
Copper brown, clear, thin white head
Aroma - Toasted malts, hint of smoke, ok
Taste of toasted malts, fruity malts, touch of toffee, bit of malt loaf, alcohol a bit noticeable
Palate - Thin to medium body, bit thin for the abv, bit sticky texture. Finish as main flavour, touch more roasted malts comes through, dryish finish

Bright blond colour. Aroma is lemony, grassy and hoppy. Flavour also has a lot of citrus/lemon, a touch too much. Overall very refreshing and easy to drink.
