Bottle from the Beer Garage. Appearance - a little lively on opening. Big lively white head over a slightly hazy body. Nose - bread, grassy, lemon and sherbet. Taste - more of the lemon sherbet with bready backbone. Palate - light bodied, lightly wild, possible early hint of infection. Overall - not sure this is 100% what the brewer intended. Something a bit funky going on.

Cask at Smithfield, Derby Pours lemon yellow with a small white head and good lacing. Not much of a nose – just a vague aroma of hops. In the mouth there are floral hops with some citrus leanings and the finish is slightly bitter. Pretty nondescript really.
