It’s where we come together. At Bosque Brewing Co., we think of world-class beer as foundational. Everything we are creating and accomplishing is built on beer, this beverage that has brought people together for millennia. Using beer as a springboard, we strive to shed a light on all of the wonderful reasons we are honored to call New Mexico our home. Our aim is to improve our community with the products we craft and the experiences we offer. This is played out in our inclusive community spaces, which bring individuals together over great beer and great conversation. We push the boundaries and norms of craft beer while remaining true to our values and sense of community. We partner with local businesses, growers, and charities to deepen our commitment to the state that has supported our growth for over eight years. We look forward to continuing to create revolutionary products and curate spaces where people come to know that they are an integral part of our story.

Cask at GBBF 2015 - London. Pours clear, deep orange with a frothy, off-white head. The nose holds ripe citrus, orange, pine, mango. Medium sweet flavour with some dry caramel, toasted grains, orange, piney bitterness. Full bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Lightly warming finish, piney and resinous, more orange rind, melon, mango. Hearty, enjoyable .

So, 20 reviews thus far and no pic, criminal. I’ll try to rectify that. And speaking of, it is a classy label. A 12 oz can bought in Santa Fe a couple of weeks ago, let us lift the tab and pour inside of a tulip glass. An distinct, dark gold with a super top of almost white foam that slowly settles. A scent that transports me to a tropical isle with mango and some grassiness. And the taste is an extension of that. Some light pineapple and its sweetness, melon, hops, bread and a touch of pine. The brew strikes me as more NE than WC, imho. Some bitterness, never to be confused with a hop bomb. Tolerable, even tasty on a warm evening.

Pours a hazy deep pink color with a small, lingering head. It has a rich aroma of blueberries, cherries, and lavender. The flavor is sweet and fruity with the sweetness offset by mild to moderate tartness, making this a well balanced, flavorful, and refreshing beer. Very good.
