Bottle at home, 26/01/16. Clear golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is malt forward, light caramel, bitter notes, straw, biscuit, light spice, metallic nip. Taste comprises soft caramel, biscuit, light metallic edge, biscuit, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Mediocre ... a little unrefined and rough around the edges.

Bottle share at Mr Smith’s Stratoflat. Thanks to Dan. Almost clear gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Light and thin malts. A weird floral vibe, not quite soapy but flirting with the idea. Trace of citrus and spice. Light dry finish. Odd but okay.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - copper with a thin head. Nose - butterscotch unfortunately, maybe it’s just caramel. Taste - dry malt and astringent. Palate - light bodied with a dry astringent texture and finish. Overall - an awful beer in a pretty bottle.
