Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a small, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with some lemony hops, a little bitter straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Subtly astringent in the finish, more lemon peel, lean pale grains, hay. So so.

Pigs Ear. Cask. A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light and fairly sweet malts. Sweet esters. The cascade hops provide a modicum of floral citrus. Light and semi dry finish. Way too estery and sweet.

Gravicask, half, shared with Finn at St Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Misty amber body, almost naked at the surface, clingy lacing. Malt-fruity nose, ripe fruits and mid-sweet caramel malts. Flavoured with ripe citrus, biscuit, and a twist of light malty sweetness. Smooth malt-fruity end, mid-sweet. Satisfying. (St Albans, 27.09.2023).

Cask at LBA Fest 23. Aroma is grainy more than citrusy. Clear gold. Thin bubbly translucent white head soon recedes. Light-medium bitter. Grainy. Sugary citrus. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Basic.
