Bottiglia. Territorio olfattivo dominato dal frumento. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto nuvoloso. Il colore è giallo spento. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, arancia e banana.

2/7/2022. Bottle shared at fonefan tasting. Pours very dark brown with a small frothy beige head. Aroma is roasted, coffee, ash, caramel, earthy, beetroot, veggie. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Quite smooth, soft carbonation. Earthy beetroot finish. Not too keen on this.

2/7/2022. Bottle shared at fonefan tasting. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with a large frothy white head. Aroma is herbal, hoppy, yeast, grass. Medium sweetness, developing bitterness, touch tart. Fizzy. Not bad.

Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, wheat - pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, herbs, grass. Initial flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, herbs, grass, pale malt, wheat, flowers, sweet malt, medium dry. Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, nuts, coffee and has a nice roasty finish.
