Three Kings commitment to quality will always remain the same. Premium ingredients and time-honored brewing techniques make our ales exceedingly good beers.
Three Kings started in 2012 using a 2.5-barrel plant, and has steadily upgraded it to its current 25-barrel capacity. Two house beers are brewed for local pubs. As well as the regular beers it typically brews two one-off beers each month.
In Autumn 2022 the brewery took over the Darwin Brewery.

Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Three Kings Heart Of Gold ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, pale malt, grape, wine - white wine. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tart, dry, grape - wine - white wine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141009]

Cask at the Quaker house, Darlington. Pale golden colour, bubbly white foam head and hoppy lemon citrus funky aroma. Taste is tangy malt, caramel, fruity citrus lemon & orange with funky barnyard yeasty notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, tart hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle - Caramel and light pine. Hazy orange with a decent head. Sweet and very fruit, with some orange and Passionfruit. A little over carbonated but still nice.

Bottle - Grapefruit and some light tropical fruit. Hazy gold with a decent white head. Grapefruit rind, pithy bright bitterness and some citric acidity. Nice and bright, quite refreshing.

Cask - light pale malts and a bit of skunk. Clear gold with a rich whit head. Pale malts and a nice balancing earthy hop bitterness. Decent.

Cask (Fitzgeralds, Newcastle) - Golden in colour. Grapefruit, lemon and gooseberries in the aroma. Tangy and hoppy taste with lemon, grapefruit, gooseberries and some passion fruit detected. Nice stuff.

Cask (Bridge Tavern, Newcastle) - Hazy golden in colour. Smoked malt and citrus in the aroma. Peach, smoked malt, syrup and citrus all feature in the taste. Quite refreshing.
