[ As Three Kings Dark Side of the Toon ].
ABV: 4.1%. Clear medium red brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dark malt, roasted, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200123]

ABV: 3.8%. Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, apple, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, wood, apple, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200123]

Third, cask at Head Of Steam, shared with Finn. Bubbles on the surface, misty pale golden, spotty lacing. Herbal hops on the nose, citric hints. Mid-sweet, ripe citrus fruity flavours. Ends dry with discreet fruity bitterness. Fair enough. (Durham 29.01.2020).
