Cask @ Fox and Goose, Hebden Bridge. Mildly hazy golden with a frothy head. Citrus fruity ale with a bitter base, but not too bitter at all.

24/2/2023. Keg at the Three Wise Monkeys (Colchester) Winter Beer Festival. Pours close to black with a small beige head. Aroma of chocolate, salted caramel, light roasted malt, lactose. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, quite creamy, soft carbonation. Nicely done.

Keg @ Beatnikz Republic Bar, Manchester. Hazy golden with a small to thin head. Sweet tropical fruity pineapple in aroma and taste, with a mildly sticky-sweet texture.

Cask at Cavern of the Curious Gnome, Chester. Pours almost black with a small tan head. There’s vanilla and some traces of malts in the aroma. In the mouth it is smooth with a creamy texture. Roast malts and liquorice dominate the flavour plus some lactose and hints of lime. Chocolate comes through eventually as well. Finish is slightly dry and bitter. This is very nice.

Keg @ Northern Monkey Brewery Tap, Bolton. Golden with a carbonation and hoppy with a mild bitterness. Its strength gives it some depth.

Cask at the Queens Head, Stourbridge. Pours slightly hazy gold with a medium head. Aroma is sharp grapefruit and lime. Taste has sharp grapefruit and straw.

Keg @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Amber with a small creamy head. It has a hoppy dryish taste and aftertaste with hints of fruit and hints of milkshake styling about it.
