Bottle. Dark red brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is smoked, sourness, roasted malt, coffee. Flavour is smoked, sourness, roasted malt, coffee, grain. Medium body. OK beer.

Unusual colour for a hefeweizen. Aroma is quite yeasty and floury with ripe fruits. Flavour is somewhat tart with citron, some fruit candy and . Rather foamy palate. A bit messy but I like the tartness here.

Pours slightly hazy with a white head. Aroma has note malt, some fruits and yeast. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. An unclear, golden beer topped by a creamy off-white head leaving lacings. Weak, fruity aroma with some tropical fruityness and grass. Quite strange in a way. Some yeast hints. There’s also some sulphur hints. The flavor has fruityness, some malty sweetness, bitterness, grass and some yeast. Medium body, quite dry, with pleasant carbonation. A strange one, but sort of pleasant and tasteful anyway. 130516

Bottle. A huge, white head sits on top of a more or less clear dark golden colored body. Rather hoppy aroma, showing up immediatly after opening the bottle. Pine cones and grapefruit peel, with some maltyness. Some malty sweetness in the back, with lots of piney and citrusy hops. A pleasant bitterness chimes in, stretching until the very end. Medium body, soft carbonation. A quite pleasant one, a bit simple maybe, but I like it. 130430

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. It pours a dark reddish brown body under a small, beige head. Lightly smoked toffeeish aroma with some coffee hints. Some vegetable hints too. Meaty flavor with roasted hints, toffee and chocolate. Medium body, semi-dry, with pleasant carbonation levels. Meaty, chocolatey finish. A nice one, but sort of strange. Would be nice having it again. 130420

Bottle as "Møn Julebryg", 6.2 %. Very dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is malt, dark fruits, yeast, caramel and spices. Flavour is malt, dark fruits, caramel, medium sweet, spices, yeast, chocolate and hop.
